2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, and the content of your enquiry or messages.
- Health and lifestyle information. If you enrol in a programme: body composition measurements, laboratory results you share with us, dietary and activity records, and relevant medical history. This is sensitive information and we treat it accordingly.

- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- To design, deliver and revise your health management plan — your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To send you service messages about your programme, appointments and plan changes — performance of a contract.
- To send you marketing messages about our services, including on WhatsApp — your consent, given in writing or by messaging us first.
- To maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal and accounting obligations — our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
4. WhatsApp and messaging
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate with clients and enquirers. We only message you if you have messaged us first or have given consent in writing.
- Your phone number and the content of your messages are processed to answer your questions and support your programme.
- Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control WhatsApp's processing of message metadata.
- You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing info@vitalane.click. We will action opt-outs promptly and confirm.
- We do not use WhatsApp to send unsolicited bulk marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
- We keep a record of when and how you gave consent, so we can demonstrate it if asked.
5. Sharing your information
We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:
- Accredited laboratories and testing partners, where you have asked us to arrange testing.
- Service providers who host our systems, deliver our app, send our messages or provide customer support tooling, under written contracts that restrict their use of the data.
- Logistics providers, where physical items form part of your programme.
- Professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement, where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
We operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where information leaves your jurisdiction, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and require equivalent protection from our processors.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us. Client programme and health records are kept for the duration of the service and for the period required by applicable law after it ends, then deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion, subject to any retention we are legally required to observe.
8. Security
Data is held on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and available only to staff who need it for your care. Health information is subject to stricter internal access limits than general contact data. We review access logs and run periodic security reviews.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these, email info@vitalane.click. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run this website and, where you allow it, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off without affecting the site's operation.
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
