Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Vitalane Health website and the services provided by ZISHENG TRADE CO., LIMITED, trading as Vitalane Health. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

Vitalane Health provides health, nutrition and lifestyle management services: metabolic and body composition assessment, personalised nutrition and activity planning, behaviour coaching, and long-term maintenance support. Where a plan calls for it, we supply meal replacements and food supplements as part of that service.

We do not practise medicine. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or dispense medicines, or provide emergency care. Our services complement medical care and never replace it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not use our services if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a diagnosed eating disorder, without first obtaining written clearance from your treating clinician. We may decline or discontinue service where we judge a programme to be unsuitable.

3. Information you give us

Your plan is only as safe as the information behind it. You agree to give accurate and complete information about your health status, medication, allergies and medical history, and to tell us promptly if it changes. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from information withheld from us.

4. No guaranteed results

Individual outcomes vary with starting composition, metabolic profile, health status, adherence and factors outside anyone's control. We make no promise of any particular amount of weight loss, any particular timeframe, or any specific health outcome. Any figures, charts or case descriptions on this site are illustrative and are not a projection of your results.

5. Formulations and supply

Meal replacements and supplements supplied as part of a programme are foods, not medicines. They must be used as directed by your consultant and in accordance with the product labelling. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Availability, labelling and permitted claims vary by country, and you are responsible for ensuring that receiving them is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Formulations are not offered for standalone sale through this website or through messaging channels.

6. Fees, payment and cancellation

Programme fees, payment schedule and duration are set out in your individual service agreement before you commit. Unless your agreement states otherwise, you may cancel within 14 days of signing and before the assessment takes place for a full refund. After the assessment, refunds are calculated pro rata against the phases delivered. Opened consumable items cannot be refunded on health and safety grounds.

7. Messaging

If you opt in, we will contact you on WhatsApp about your enquiry and your programme. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. We do not send unsolicited bulk marketing.

8. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish material from this site without written permission, misrepresent your identity, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. All trademarks, text, images and plan documents remain our property or that of our licensors.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate a programme on written notice as set out in the service agreement. We may suspend or end a programme immediately where continuing would be unsafe, where information given to us proves materially false, or where these terms are breached.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
